Every Studio Heir piece is made to order especially for you. Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for your jewellery to be made and dispatched.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking information.

Returns

As our personalised pieces are made to order specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged if you change your mind.

Please check all personalisation and sizing carefully before placing your order. If you realise you have made a mistake, contact info@studio-heir.com as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to help, but once your piece has entered production we may not be able to make changes.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your Studio Heir jewellery. If your piece arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact info@studio-heir.com with your order number and photographs of the item so we can help.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
