These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the Studio Heir website or place an order with us. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Orders
Studio Heir creates made-to-order, personalised jewellery in 9K solid gold.
Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase, including all letters, names, personalisation and ring sizes.
Once an order has been placed, we’ll send you an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in exceptional circumstances, including where there has been an obvious pricing or product information error or where we are unable to fulfil your order. If payment has already been taken, you will receive a refund.
Made-to-Order Jewellery
Our jewellery is made to order and we ask that you allow approximately 4–6 weeks for your piece to be made and dispatched.
Any estimated production or delivery dates are provided in good faith. If there is a significant delay to your order, we’ll contact you directly.
As all Studio Heir pieces are personalised or made to your specification, the usual right to cancel a distance-selling order because you have changed your mind may not apply.
This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not conform to your legal rights.
Personalisation
It is your responsibility to ensure that all personalisation entered when ordering is correct.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact info@studio-heir.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be amended once production has begun.
Ring Sizing
Please ensure you select the correct ring size before ordering. We recommend having your finger professionally measured by a jeweller if you are unsure of your size.
As personalised and made-to-order rings are produced specifically for you, we cannot offer exchanges for an incorrectly selected size unless otherwise agreed.
Product Information
We make every effort to display our jewellery, dimensions and colours as accurately as possible. As jewellery is made individually, very slight variations may occur between pieces.
Images may also appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.
Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).
Payment must be made at the time of ordering using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking information where available.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If there is a problem with your order, please contact info@studio-heir.com as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Studio Heir website, including branding, imagery, designs, copy and logos, belongs to Studio Heir or is used with permission and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version displayed on our website at the time you place your order will apply to that purchase.
