When will I receive my order?
Every Studio Heir piece is made to order especially for you. Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for your jewellery to be made and dispatched. We’ll let you know as soon as your order is on its way.

What is 9-Karat solid gold?
9K gold is real, solid gold made from 37.5% pure gold combined with other strengthening alloys to give it additional durability. Unlike gold-plated or gold-vermeil jewellery, the gold is solid throughout, so it won’t wear away to reveal a different metal underneath. It’s designed for everyday wear and to be kept for years to come.

Why do you use 9-Karat solid gold?
We wanted to create jewellery that could be worn every day. 9K solid gold offers the permanence of solid gold with added durability, making it particularly suited to pieces you rarely want to take off.

Is your jewellery hallmarked?
Yes. Studio Heir jewellery is independently hallmarked to verify its gold fineness.

Can I wear my Studio Heir jewellery every day?
Yes. Our pieces are designed with everyday wear in mind. As with all fine jewellery, we recommend treating your pieces with care and removing them for activities that could cause knocks, scratches or unnecessary exposure to chemicals.

How does personalisation work?
Select your chosen letter, name or personalisation on the product page before adding your piece to your bag. Please check your personalisation carefully before placing your order, as your jewellery will be made especially for you.

Can I change my personalisation after ordering?
If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please contact us at info@studio-heir.com as soon as possible. As our pieces are made to order, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production has begun.

Can I return a personalised piece?
As personalised pieces are made especially for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship Studio Heir worldwide. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import fees on arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

How should I look after my jewellery?
Store your jewellery somewhere clean and dry when you’re not wearing it, ideally separately from other pieces to help prevent scratching. You can gently clean your solid gold jewellery with a soft jewellery cloth to restore its shine.

Can I shower, swim or sweat in my Studio Heir jewellery?
Yes. Studio Heir jewellery is made from 9K solid gold, not gold plated or vermeil, so the gold won’t wear away to reveal a different metal underneath. It’s designed for everyday wear, so you can shower, swim, exercise, sleep and go about your day in it. We recommend rinsing your jewellery with fresh water after swimming, particularly after exposure to chlorine or salt water, and giving it an occasional clean to keep it looking its best. These are pieces made to live in, not jewellery you need to keep taking off.

Do you offer different chain lengths?
Our Letter Necklace can be worn at 16, 17 or 18 inches, with three fastening points so you can adjust the length depending on how you’d like to wear it.

How do I find my ring size?
We recommend having your finger professionally measured by a local jeweller for the most accurate fit. As each ring is made to order especially for you, please take care when selecting your size before placing your order.
